Background: The aim of this study was to evaluate the performance three tests for early pregnancy diagnosis in ewes and does. Methods: A total 50 does urine samples were collected which 25 pregnant, non-pregnant from different farmers Babugonj upazila Barishal district Sadar Bhola district. pregnant primarily selected farmer’s record management history. confirmed through scanning by B-mode ultrasound machine. Three diagnostic like barium chloride, copper sulfate ballottement evaluated considering technique as gold standard. Results: sensitivity manual (MBT) highest among tests: 96% 92% On other hand, specificity (96%) MBT higher that test (CST) (91.7%) positive predictive value (PPV) (95.8%) but PPV CST negative both (92.3%) (95.7%). Conclusions: can be considered a screening cases ultrasonograpy whenever needed.
